4. Sign the reservation agreement (RA) that entails the payment option you desire.
5. Submit other essential documents such as: Buyer’s Information Sheet, Conforme Letter for 2% PDC discount (PDC option only) and 2 valid government IDs. Other necessary attachments may be required by the documentation team depending on the client’s case. For corporate accounts, other documents may be needed.
6. Once the RA is signed and duly filled up, the documentation team will release your schedule of payment (SOP). You can refer to the SOP for your check details (PDC option only).
7. Pay your dues on time to avoid penalty and disqualification from promos availed.
8. Contract to Buy and Sell will be released by the CTBS group after six months of clear payments.
